Refund Policy

At Dhalbhum Agro Industries, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  1. Refund requests can be raised within 3 days of receiving the product if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Customers must provide photographs or videos of damaged products for verification.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or customer negligence.
  4. Perishable products such as fresh fruits and vegetables are generally non-refundable unless delivered in damaged condition.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
  6. Bulk orders, wholesale orders, and customized orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
