- Perishable products such as fresh fruits and vegetables are generally non-refundable unless delivered in damaged condition.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
- Bulk orders, wholesale orders, and customized orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
